WHERE ARE YOUR GYMS?

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?
We have sessions available 6am - 12pm and 430pm-830pm every weekday plus Saturday 730am - 130pm. You can come to whichever three sessions suit you best each week.
HOW MUCH IS IT?
The 28 day Challenge is £299 £199 – that includes a dedicated personal coach, three coaching sessions a week, nutrition support, supportive community, weekly check ins and guaranteed results.
WHEN CAN I START?
Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start right away. We run intro sessions every Wed 12pm or Sat 130pm.
DO I NEED TO BE FIT?
No – we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?
It's your choice – you can become a full member or if you decide we're not for you, we can part ways with no hard feelings.
