What is small group PT?

Small Group Personal Training does what is says on the tin. You’ll be working in groups of 2-4 led by an experienced coach.

It takes the best bits of personal training – individual attention, tailored programmes, and focused expertise; and group training – team spirit, fun, and challenge – and rolls them into one.

The result: you get an individualised, challenging, and fun experience that’s centered around you getting the outcomes you want.

Where do the sessions take place?

We’re a boutique fitness establishment who believe that exercise is less about being on show and more about a personal, private experience.

Our compact, welcoming, and fully kitted-out space is tucked away at the rear of Winchmore Hill library.

We are situated on Green Lanes, next to Sainsbury’s; we are easily accessible whether you are travelling on foot, by public transport or driving.

Free on-street parking is available.

What training will be involved?

At FitnessHub21, we’re all about functional fitness. In other words, we’ll design your programme around your goals, with a foundation on being strong, balanced, and healthy.

To achieve this, we use a combination of weight training, circuits, and interval training.

The sessions are varied and interesting: and most importantly, expertly designed to get you the results you want.

Safety and sustainability are paramount. You’ll be given full tuition on how to use the equipment and perform all movements.

What does the trial include?

Every trial starts with a one-to-one session with your personal coach – this will be the person that supports you throughout your journey with us. We’ll establish where you are now, and where you want to be.

Over the course of the trial, you’ll be able to attend 12 PT or team training sessions to suit you.

No strings attached.

When can I train?

Our training model means that you never have to struggle through a session alone.

All of your time in the gym will be part of a structured session plan designed to support you in reaching your goals – whatever they are.

How do I book in?

All your booking can be done online, through our app. We set this up at the start of your trial.

What happens after the trial period?

If you want to continue your journey after the trial, there are three membership options to choose from:

  • PT Basic £189
  • PT Plus £249
  • PT unlimited £299

We ask for a minimum three month commitment on all memberships, and payments are made monthly.
